I spent a decent chunk of Tuesday poking around YouTube and Veoh for Den-O and Persona 3 parody videos.  I have no regrets.

Speaking of Den-O, I, uh, finished it already.  Well, finished everything that is not a Kiva crossover.  I will certainly be rewatching it, mostly so I can poke at the things that aren't making sense in my head just now.  Also, I'm thinking I might want to write fic for it.

With a month until Animazement, I am slowly but surely getting myself organized and costumes finished up.  I'm thinking I'll be making a trip to Wal-Mart/Goodwill/other relatively cheap clothing places to find a pair of pants to finish out one costume (well, except for an accessory that I'm probably not going to have for the con).  Once I find those pants, all that needs to be done will be the sewing of two costume pieces.  I feel like I'm in a pretty good position.  Speaking of sewing, I technically know how to use my mom's sewing machine now.  Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to care for the fabric that I'm using for that particular piece, so Mom's still doing most of the sewing on it.  Maybe it'll like the other costume piece better...that uses something that's less stretchy as a fabric.

I bought and have been playing Persona 3 FES.  Both sections, actually, which is nice because I can switch between them when I get tired of getting my ass handed to me in one section.  I've already noticed a few new "scenes" (one of which involved bad BAD puns) in the Journey half.  And while I've only gotten to the part where I can resupply myself (once failing to save once I'd done so *facepalm*) in the Answer, I'm enjoying it too.  I'm also reminded that one of the social link characters is described as "talking like a woman", which I suspect might be a reference to the original Japanese because I don't remember it making sense in the English.

Folks that went to college with me may recall that we had this problem with folks not cleaning up after themselves in the kitchen, to the point of not resetting the microwave if they finished with it before the timer ran out (okay, maybe that last bit's more my personal pet peeve).  You'd think I'd get away from that once I'd graduated and moved back in with my parents.  I did...mostly.  My mom's good about cleaning up after herself in the kitchen.  This is probably because she's the one that uses it the most and therefore she wants it clean for the next time she uses it.  My dad?  Less so.  Remember the bit about the microwave timer?  Yeah, he fails to reset the timer.  Frequently.  Half the time I end up resetting it even if I'm not going to be using the microwave, just because having the timer still active, although stopped, bothers me.  Nor, might I note, does he ever clean a pan when he uses it, unless it's one of those rare occasions where he's doing all the dishes.  This is why I keep having to wash baking sheets after he's made cinnamon toast when I didn't even EAT any cinnamon toast.  *sighs*  I know I can be bad about cleaning places up, but if it's an area that I'm not going to be the only one using, I try to keep it clean.  This has been my method of operation for a while now, and I just wish my dad would adopt this a little bit.

I'm still watching Goonger as it gets subbed.  And you know what I'm wondering?  Why it is that Hant seems to be the only Go-onger that is bringing any money in at all.  All the others seem to just hang out at the trailer (except when the plot demands they be elsewhere).  Where do they get their money from?

Thumbs up to CNN for having stuff on that's random and interesting, by which I mean their show News to Me.  It's "news", but it's not normal news and I'm actually entertained by it.

This an RPG motivational reminds me of an old D&D game.
