Forget college, forget graduation, forget getting a real job and working in a cubicle for years and years and years.  I'm going back to DC, and I'm gonna volunteer at the Archives Center for the rest of my life.  I'll live with the homeless people all over DC, and sneak into performances at the Kennedy Center.  Well, maybe not the living with the homeless people part...

Not having fast internet at home is no fun.  Just FYI.  Lately I've been in a very "blah" mood, despite the fact that I've finally gotten up off my duff and started exercising to combat the weight gain that seems to inevitably occur when I go home for the summer.  Going from eating 2 meals a day and walking all over campus (or DC) and then going home to 3 full meals a day, with lots of cookies and other goodies hanging around, is not good.  Not good at all.  I thought exercise was supposed to make you happy....riiiiiight. :)  Actually, I'm not unhappy, just blah.  Very "whatever".  Even the prospect of seeing "Wicked" tomorrow night (with a tour cast that I actually recognize) didn't really excite me all that much.  Oh well.

I did see "WALL-E" the other night, and seriously, Ben Burtt is amazingly awesome.  Anyone who can make electronic beeps and boops sound like human emotions (if that makes any sense), deserves to win.  I kept doing the little "awwwwww" whine--the whole movie was just so cute. :)  And clips from the Barbra Streisand movie version of "Hello Dolly" played a rather prominent part, which--since the clips focused a lot on (a young and awkward, but nonetheless) Michael Crawford--pushed the awesomeness of the movie into greatness.  *puts Michael Crawford fan-girl back in closet* :)

Anyways, that's about it.  Don't know why I posted, but somehow just felt like it. :)
