Man, when was my last "Glee" post?*
I have one more pre-finale "Lost" post to make, mainly my checklist of things that should happen...
But I need to say that I am way, WAY behind on "Glee"...
I think part of that is my growing indifference (dare I say?) toward it ... something about how the last mini-season ended, about how story lines just get dropped, about how utterly naive some characters are, about how a cash-strapped glee club suddenly had all the performance bling it wanted, about how it seems, what, one season to sectionals, one season to regionals, and one season to national finals, before the time travel begins?
It's like they had the best pilot I've ever seen, and a decent start otherwise, but for all its acclaim, it wasn't as good as say, the first season of "Desperate Housewives" or even "Lost"...
Anyway, I finally watched the Madonna episode. I KNOW. That was four days ago, and Michelle, you will be able to appreciate the fact that I often still, days later, find myself singing "Express yourself!" or "Like a virgin!" and then seeing how just many syllables I can get into virgin...
"Vogue" remains my all-time favorite music video, so it was going to be hard for "Glee" to impress me there, and they didn't, but it was OK...
I thought the triple-play virgin thing was way too contrived...
