ETS Issues

Is anyone else having *major* issues with ETS sending scores to their schools? I received a phone call from one of my schools saying that they hadn't received my scores yet (which is Not. Cool. as they are my top choice and had their deadline on Dec. 31st). So I decided to call my other schools and see who had and didn't have my scores.

Turns out 4/6 of my schools haven't received them.

So I call ETS, *finally* get through after being told to "call back" by a RECORDED MESSAGE, and explain the situation with them. They read off the schools I picked to have my scores sent to, the addresses, etc, and it all matches up with the schools I applied to. So they give me some numbers (cycle numbers and such), and call the schools back. By this time, it's already Jan. 1, so none of them are open. I leave messages and send emails. All set, right?

Nope. I get three phone calls today, and one email: all four of the schools tried this, and it didn't work for ANY of them.

So I call ETS back up. This time, I've been calling two or three times an hour, and I'm still getting a voice recording saying to "call back later," and that they can't take anymore calls because of "high volumes of calls" and have no people to take them.

All of the schools are being really, really fantastic, which I'm incredibly lucky for. They've all said to do my best, and just call them with the information when I can get through. But still. This is getting *ridiculous*.

Anyone else having these problems? If so, any ideas how to fix it? Also, it is irritating me a LOT that a company that I've had SO MANY problems with is partly in charge of my graduate education. This scares me. A lot.
