CV Help!

I am trying to prepare my CV / Resume for my grad school application but am having quite a bit of difficulty. Fresh out of undergrad, I'm not going to lie - I really don't have much experience. Any tips on this? Also, is anyone cool with sharing a CV with me? I would love to have something that I can refer to while writing mine as I'm kind of just blindly writing right now!
