This year, I didn't actually speak on WAD (World AIDS Day) but rather the day after. It was still considered a WAD event though and I opted for Holy Cross over my other options because I guess a little piece of me does favor Massachusetts. The evening of World AIDS Day - I spoke at djdig's school, Emmanuel College. There were fewer than at Children's but I had a ton of friends in attendence including (but not limited to incase I forget): xfree_usx, skippenskop, sarianna, jadeyedreamer, imdamacdaddy, ericjay, dkdave, djdig, birdiefan1, and annie_gwen. Thursday morning - World AIDS Day - I had my very first speaking engagement ever. Words cannot say how nervous I was before hand. I had sweaty palms racing heart and yeh. I called lunarshakti who helped calm me down a little bit but he wasn't in Boston with me so really it just helped a little.
