It's election time here in Canada. I've been spending the last hour trying to find actual information about what the polls look like in my riding (ie: do I vote for the party I prefer, or should I be worried about splitting the Liberal/NDP vote which could result in the Conservatives winning my riding?) and everything I find is either outdated or ( Read more... )

Manitoba Comic Con 2008!

I do realize we probably have the lamest Comic Con in the whole world, but!:

- I got an SGA mug! The team ~disappears~ into the 'gate when the mug is hot! :D

Okay, so I was watching Queer as Folk, and in episode 1.15, when Brian is in the garage with his father and tells him he's gay? The box Brian lifts for his father is a shipping box from Canadian Tire. NO JOKE. I was like, "Gee, that's weird.
