I'm home sick today, and I always get really hungry when I get sick, so I made myself some breakfast.
8 sausage links One half of a zucchini 2 cups of carrot-cashew-ginger soup
I fried the sausage links, then chopped them up, added the zucchini diced, and fried until nicely done, then poured the soup over, and ate that with some bread.
It's been a while since I've posted one of these, so here you go!
For Friday's dinner, I made my classic curried tuna & tempeh salad sandwiches, with broccoli sprouts. I used a little less curry powder than I normally do, so it didn't pack the heat it usually does, but it was still quite good.
I may be the first person in the world ever to make tempura-battered-chicken-schnitzel and tomato-basil-couscous-faux-risotto stuffed yellow, orange, and red bell peppers.
