Dinner, 08/06/06 - Turkey Meatballs

I had lots of ground turkey and not much to do with it, so I decided to make some meatballs.

I took 2 lbs of turkey and mixed in some curry powder, ginger, some black pepper, and a dash of white wine. I formed that into meatballs and pan-cooked them over medium heat for 30 minutes, turning them occasionally to brown, and keeping covered. Topped with turkey gravy and sauteed sweet onions.
