The weather has been hot, and humid. That's old news to anyone who lives in the Ohio River Valley. It seems like the days have simultaneously been flying by and moving in slow motion.

So I'm home from Gulf Wars, and I really enjoyed it this year. Since Skylar was with us, that meant there was enough help I could actually go to a class on Romano-British food archaeology. The last checklist was a general reminder for myself of what I had to get done this year. Now it is getting time to focus in on specific things that need to be done soon! I leave for Gulf Wars in about 2.5 weeks!
