The need to rant is great after trying to use Custom Post Types, Custom Taxonomies, and Custom Fields in Word Press.

I’ve been having problems with the WordPress SI CAPTCHA plugin. For some reason it keeps sending errors in the code, but it does this only for alandrem.net even though I have it installed at Animealam’s Stories and at Jan’s List of Harry Potter Fanfiction, Potions, Snitches, and ( Read more... )

I'm considering Drupal for my Themed List site.  I originally wanted to go with WordPress, and might still do it, but I wanted to see if there were better options. I tested Joomla, but it did not allow me the use of subcategories, and frankly it seemed a bit cumbersome for what I really need. So now it's Drupal's chance.

For a while now I have not paid much attention to the blogs. The site is finally working, although it's a bit slow. I did not
find out what the problem with the redirect is, but the clean up is
done, so now I can ask the guys at SurpassHosting to take a look at the
problem.

There is still a bit to be done at the blog to get it up to date,
but it's basically just organizing and polishing the look of the

As the title says, the site is not working. I have received a response from the support guys at Surpass hosting and they are a bit stumped at the way it's behaving. There should not be any re-direct since it's been deleted. There is nothing to indicate that there should be a redirect but it's doing it anyway.

I got Animealam's Writing Corner back on line again, I now just have to import all the stuff I had in LiveJournal and edit it so it looks nice, has all the adequate tags, and is categorized where it should.
