Dear god, I was bored out of my mind for "The 15 Minutes Job." I haven't even finished watching it, and I don't think I will. The season opener was saved only by Parker and Eliot having amazing scenes together and Eric Stoltz being AWESOME AS FUCK. I was really into Nate at one point, and I know he's an interesting character on paper, and it's really obvious how much John Rogers loves him, but I can't deal with Nate anymore. I've written a miserable alcoholic character before, and I love him, I always will, but they are TEDIOUS TO THE MAX. That's how I feel about Nate now, where I can see how he is complex and interesting and fucked up, but I just don't give a fuck. I'm so over his issues.
Whereas Burn Notice is hitting 'em out of the park, and I need to type up my more thorough thoughts on 5.02 and 5.03, but omgggggggggggggggggggggggg. If they don't yank the rug out from under me, and I'm still terrified about this, I believe this is shaping up to be an amazing season. They might actually deal with CONSEQUENCES. :O
