[Jetfire apparently figured out the video-function of the journal very quickly, because that's what pops up; a view of someone white, obviously very large, and metal. As soon as he starts to speak, however, it's clear, for those of you who speak English, that he's not speaking that (or any other langauge mostly anyone here would recognize), so have

Jetfire?!
[Pause.]
I should have known you would be a part of this!
Reply
... Be part of what, Starscream? I have no idea what's going on, as you well would know if you'd listened. But, tell me. What do you think is going on?
[Okay, so asking if Starscream had listened to him would just bring the reply of "I never do" (even when he did), but, well. Not much to do about it now.]
Reply
I should have known you would side with them all against me again.
How did you do it? Was it something that medic did?
Reply
Would I really share this supposed 'trap' with you if this was something we made up to trap you? When it was Sunstorm we wanted to contain?
[Another pause as he unobtrusively makes a non-return location ping on a particular, and old, frequency, and tilts his helm at the result.]
You were present, and aware for all that Ratchet did. When was he supposed to have done anything? Considering all that was done was remove a sample to use in the inhibitor.
[Jetfire suddenly gets up, and then the recording ends... only seconds later, Starscream has a knock on his door. Jetfire's uncertain what he'll see. One of the individuals he'd talked to earlier had mentioned larger beings being... in effect... shrunk. Logically this would indicate Starscream too.
Nonetheless, it's exceedingly strange being this... short. Will Starscream still be shorter than him or will they suddenly be the same size?]
Reply
But yes. He slides over to the door and opens it with one hand while aiming his arm cannon. And while lowering his arm when he sees who it is doesn't cross his mind, he certainly looks surprised.]
... Jetfire, you shrunk. I am definitely hallucinating.
Reply
Yes, I certainly hadn't noticed. You do know this goes for you too? [There's a slight flick of his wings and then Jetfire gives the still-pointed arm cannon a look before looking back at Starscream... without having to look down. By the Matrix this is disconcerting.]
And if you're hallucinating, I am too, and while that would be preferable, I've already talked to too many who corroborate the... general claims of our new surroundings to believe we're experiencing a mass-hallucination... Considering the technical difficulties it would pose to link organic and Cybertronian minds for such a thing...
[You may want to (try to) stop him, Starscream.]
Reply
Jetfire, shut up. Your rambling technobabble is giving me a headache.
[Grumbling, he moves back into the room so that Jetfire can come in. Storming out seemed almost like a good idea, but interrogating Jetfire was probably a better one.]
Give me one good reason I should believe that you don't have anything to do with this.
Reply
And Starscream would still have had trouble with storming out, since Jetfire had been in the way.]
Starscream. Why would I agree to... somehow get two-thirds of my frame removed just to... I don't know, trick you? For what purpose? You do realize that if the Autob--- we, wanted information out of you, constructing some elaborate program around you wouldn't be useful?
[Jetfire sighs and as soon as he's inside, puts himself to the side of the door, in front of it. He's not sure that's going to actually put Starscream at ease, but he can try. The situation is unknown, he needs the Seeker with him, not flailing about on his own and attempting to work against whatever he thinks is in charge.]
Reply
Like I said, hallucination! None of this is real, you only look smaller because of what they did.
A book with no sort of electronic components should be able to record sound and video. That isn't possible. None of this can be possible.
[Yeah. He wasn't taking this very well.]
Reply
[Jetfire's expression is rather a tight, a narrow frown on his faceplates and he's almost snapping his words before he vents a sigh and shakes his helm. Starscream isn't the only one not taking this too well, but will Starscream even believe that it's honest?]
Have you used that? [Here he gestures at the journal before crossing his arms.] There are other individuals here. Humans, I suppose and then... other beings. And another Cybertronian, but I think the theory regarding alternate realities have been proven with his existence...
[Amazingly, Jetfire catches himself before he derails.]
They're all basically saying the same thing. I'm still not willing to believe the basic premise, but there are surely enough people here you realize neither I, nor the Autobots, have anything to do with this?
Reply
Fine. You had nothing to do with this. I still don't like it and I'm going to find a way out of here. You can follow if you want. But I am leaving no matter what.
[With that he moves towards the door. Better stop him Jetfire.]
Reply
It is, frankly, a relief to actually be able to touch the Seeker. He's not sure why, but it (unfortunately) seems more real like this. At least whatever it is doesn't involve him having sensory ghosts and processor-glitches that had him arguing with Starscream.]
What are you even planning to do? I talked briefly with someone who said that the individual in charge can't be reached at all except through the journals, and that's seldom. Are you just going to go out and start shooting?
[Jetfire frowns as he speaks, looking Starscream over and... catches Starscream's tattoo on his wing.
It does seem they all have one, as Bryn had said. What what does that even mean?]<7small>
Reply
Shooting things generally gets results, so yes I'm going to go just that.
[He puts a hand on Jetfire and shoves him a bit.]
Now get out of my way before I use you as my first target.
Reply
And what if it doesn't? You... We have no idea of the capabilities of whoever is in charge, and apparently other things are altered than just, say, our size! Like weapons.
[Jetfire frowns and this time grips both of Starscream's upper arms, turning him around and more to hold him in place than really hindering him from aiming his arm cannons at Jetfire.]
I think I'd survive, though, considering you've already done so, besides whatever alteration may have been done. Can you for once not rush into something? I know you can plan, and shouldn't this situation be one, if any, where to use that and not attack the first best target that presents itself?
[There's nothing pleading here, merely stern reasoning; pleading will not get you anywhere with Starscream, and worse, demanding would have the Seeker being contrary. Jetfire's worried, the situation has him on edge, as ( ... )

[Grr Jetfire. Starscream struggles a bit then stops with sort of a huff.]
Fine. You want a plan? Let me go so I can find whoever did brought me here so I can blast their slagging face off.
You can go around and play nice if you want, but not me.
Reply
Enough. [Jetfire glares, hoping he can get Starscream to see reason.] Apparently, if you do not follow the rules, you get punished here, and while those punished have been organic so far, I don't think we'd be brought here without a chance to keep us in line!
[He almost feels like pleading. The things Bryn has mentioned... sound more like torture to him, and he doesn't want to see that, or an equivalent thereof, happening to anyone, but particularly not a friend. And yet it sounds as if no one has been able to stop the punishments either.]
