(no subject)
I feel so well fed... My mum's in France at the moment so my dad's home alone and my brother came up from London to visit him yesterday, which I didn't know about till he rang me in the morning and suggested dinner in the evening. Which seemed a good plan... I was at work but I thought that between the two of them they could arrange that, till I got a rang my brother at nearly 5 to check where and when we were booked (it being a Saturday night an' all) and he was only just thinking about it... Well, a few phone calls and txt messages later it was sorted out... (I should point out that my brother is only a year younger than me and my dad, well, obviously he's older, I just can't believe how much hassle it was for them to book a restaurant)
So we went to Zizzi's which was gorgeous and yummy and filling (and as we ate late and then I went straight out I left Lex's birthday early cos I was far too full for clubbing...)
And then this afternoon Dee's just cooked some gorgeous sauce-n-lamb-couscousy-potato thing for us that he just 'threw together'... Apparently there was too much lamb for one, so he really needed my help with it. The eating that is. Nobody in their right mind asks me for help cooking. I can maybe be trusted to cut up vegetables. Maybe.
Did just make me want to fall asleep though. I've been working full-time, which I won't pretend is any great hardship, I'm just not used to being on my feet all day for days in a row. So I'm pretty tired and I haven't been up to all that much. (Apart from getting incredibly drunk with Kara on Tuesday night. I couldn't feel my nose at one point. Haven't been that drunk in a long time, maybe once earlier this year... and that ended, well, messily =/ )

Really I mean to have a it down and do them all in one go, not one at a time, but I just have too many distractions.

If yu haven't been reading HddnTrcks yu've been missing out... *^_~* We've already had jazz, so much magic, a preacher, at least one god, tea, prophecy, dreams and as if that wasn't enough... zombies too!
