Edmonds used to be a small quiet community mostly populated by senior citizens.   As with most areas surrounding Seattle--we've grown.   Housing prices rose and the upper middle class  moved in.  Edmonds is now a destination place.   Yes, we have a Starbucks.  No, I don't go to Starbucks.  I do, however, go to other coffee shops.
