So I did go fabric shopping today.  Was totally lazy and went to Spotlight.  I know I know, I could get better prices if I shop around...but I just don't have the patience, as I just want to get started on it.

Ack!!! Have been a lazy arse and not done anything!!!  I need to get the fabric for the under kimono, and the petticote, and I need to get the thread as well.

Will head to Green Bay today, and I will need to go to spotlight as well.

So I need to tidy up my bedroom and sort out my stuff before I start on the waloli outfit.  Will also need to go to the store to get some cotton and netting to make the poofy skirt.  I think I will start on the poofy petticote before I start on the kimono, because the poof of the skirt will determine the poof of the bell skirt of the kimono ( Read more... )

Well I have made a decision about what outfit I will be doing for the loli meet up.  I have decided to do a Waloli.  Which is a combination kimono with a bell shaped skirt.  I will be going fabric shopping very soon.  I will also need to purchase a pair of geta sandals and a japanese style parasol.  It may mean buying from Ebay and using Paypal.
