Got to try out my new Louisiana Red Beans and Rice recipe tonight. Holy Jeebus it's good. A pound of red beans cooked with an onion, a couple stalks of celery, about a head of garlic (recipe says 2 tsp minced...I always multiply garlic by at least 3), and a bell pepper, spice it up nice and good with parsely, sage, thyme, cayenne and cajun
