Sherlock BBC Writing Meme Day 07. Which het pairing you write most of?
Which het pairing you write most of? (Which het pairing you'd like to write more of?)
Oh, that's a tough one. Mostly because I usually fail to finish my het fics, so instead let me just ramble on about few pairings I like. I would probably like to at least read mroe of them, but also probably write.
01. Dear canon, where is she?! (Mycroft/Anthea)
There was just not enough meat on the bones of this ship. We knew so little about her and then she dissapeared. Not to mentione that if they were together then they were together for some time and no one would know a thing about it anyway.
And now she's gone and he's gay for Lestrade and there's little hope for them.
The only idea I had about them lately includes Mycroft's tendency to sleep with his PAs. And he changes them like umbrellas gloves. (Or he has a whole harem.)
02. They're never gonna work like I've planned it before... (Mycroft/Molly)
Have you noticed how I constantly talk about Mycroft? Well, anyway I commited a ficlet for this pairing and planned something longer, but 2nd season got in the way.
My first idea was based on the fact that Molly is drawned to dangerous and scarilly smart people. Getting on with Mycroft is a natural follow up.
Then 2nd season happened and 1) they know each other 2) he's not impressed 3) nor is she 4) Sherlock fakes his death and messes up everything.
Eventually I created new scenario: She manages to lie to Mycroft about Sherlock or maybe they lie together to the others, but either way she's shockingly good at it and he's impressed. (And she's still somehow into dangerous and smart giys and this one is actually human, because he makes mistakes. And he tries to be good, which is good enough for her.)
03. Guilty pleasure. (Sherlock/Molly)
As every guilty pleasure it makes no sense. It just gives the warm fuzzies all around. (Even though if that would happen in canon I would have to kill soemone.)
to be perfectly honest I don't feelt like writing them. I'm happy with just reading them from time to time. It's a mix of how dangerously this pairing is to Merry Sue-ish crap and my unwillingness to pair up Sherlock. Maybe if a bunny will bite, I will commit something, but the the awesomness rpesented by some of the fics already created for this pairing is a bit overwhelming.
04. I will give the bitches canon, bitches love canon. (Anderson/Sally)
Few times I've mentioned it in a fic. I also strongly believe they're still together in the series and I read liek mad anything I can find about them. (Which unfortunately isn't much. There are so few happy Anderson/Sally fics!) I dream about some epic, plotty and funny fic with those two, but I still hope someone else would write it, 'cause I'm not up to it probably.
05. Come along, Hooper. (11/Molly)
One of these days I may work it into a ship, but I have troubles with shipping Doctor. Still, epic friendship would be epic.
[And to stop this post becoming a post of who else I can cross with Molly (The answer is: close to everyone!) I will just quickly add: Martin Crieff/Molly Hooper.]
06. It was canon before you were born! (Lestrade/Gregson)
In my head it's het, because in my head Gregson (BBC version) is a woman and until Mofftis make him show up in a manly form I'm gonna stay convinced of it. (Maybe after they make him show up I will stay in denial, I can't promise anything.)
It is a pairing in a fic I started writing, but my laptop ate is, so... *shrugs*

I actually wrote more of it than other mentioned here, but I was only into it before 2nd season and I totally forgot later on, lol. XD

And that's mostly is, I think. I feel bad though for not mentioning some and never including John, so here is a short list of her pairing I'll probably never write, rarely read, but I still have soem sentiment for: John/Mary, John/Sally, John/Sarah, Lestrade Sally, Dimmock/Molly, Dimmock/Sally, Anderson/His Wife and obviously my most beloved hated creation: Anderson/Irene.
