I'm pretty excited because I have been running like everyday for a couple of weeks now, everytime at least over 20 minutes and I have had 2,hour long runs. I figured out last night that my BMI is 18.29 which is considered underweight*yay!* however I am still DEFINATELY not thin enough! I want to be 95 with a BMI of 17.38 and ideally get down to 92-93. I used to go between 100 and 103 but recently every time I get on the scale it is 100 or a little bit under. it's been great because my parents know I hate breakfast, I work during lunch time, and my family never eats dinner together. My boyfriend is really the only one that checks on me and I can only be with him like every other day. UM I have discovered something wonderful...**COFFEE**!! It supresses you appetite like no other! but I don't know how many calories are in each cup..hm..This is my only month off from Ballet before I start the real company I got into ((FINALLY!!)) and I need to be soooo much thinner!!
