I have done cardio everyday this week for at least over 23 minutes. Today I ran for an hour!!!YAY!!I was sooo excited, it was like 600 calories! Here's my deal, I do really well all day until dinner when I either eat with my boyfriend or family and I have to eat. Usually I want to eat anyways cause I'm hungry and it gives me something to burn off during my morning work outs. I am exactly 100 and 96 on the scale at the gym. Who knows what is right but I would LOVE to believe the one at the gym. ANYWAYS.. my boyfriend told me I am just "trying to lose weight that I can't" and I am really negativily motivated so him saying I can't just makes me try harder. Ballet is over now so I don't really need to eat for energy anymore. I wonder which works better to lose weight..restricting or vigourous work outs. I REALLY want to be in the low 90's like sooo bad, especially since this is the only month I can actually do it and with senior pics coming up.
