so things have sucked since the 7th , which is when my jake and I split up. oh and worst of all , all the stress has actually INCREASED my eating and LESSENED my exercise. So I gues I am just going to try to reverse the depression into fasting. I don't know..this just sucks cause I am already back to 102-103 and i was doing so well.
