Typical morning workout ended with sweat and happiness as I literally blitzed through it without any annoying interruptions from others.  When I'm at the gym, I'm in my own world only looking at my phone to track my progress or change tunes.  As sociable & extroverted that I am, I'm quite the opposite focusing on my goals in full concentration mode ( Read more... )

I've always loved my leg training days at the gym with the results not going unnoticed especially Adrian butt slapping me when an opportunity presents itself.....as long as little man isn't present as we wouldn't want him going around thinking it's okay to butt slap strangers......LOL

It's been eons since I've been to gym (for obvious reasons) and although I'm able to get a decent workout in the basement, it's not the same nor will it ever be.  I love working out and it's the only time I give sweat a pass (the other being sex) and getting that 'workout high' always makes me feel incredible with a sense of accomplishment and ( Read more... )
