Today is a WAH day, and I was sitting here minding my own business, and WHAM--the power went out (Paul posts about it here as well).

It was So. Much. FUN. It was like being in school again, and cutting class! ;-) We weren't even gone that long--just long enough to snag some breakfast, but it made a world of difference ( Read more... )

My Wallace is getting to be an old, old man. He smells funny most of the time, in that way of very old dogs. He's going blind, I think, and doesn't hear very well anymore, and is given to arthritic joint aches from time to time. He has taken to sleeping under the bed rather than on it, because he can no longer make the jump ( Read more... )

Wallace just got a bath.

For the moment, he smells better than I do, although we are both equally soaked.

He's hiding under the bed, nursing his shame.

I'm waiting on a turkey hoagie, because I deserve it.

I swear, Daisy and Rafiki are both laughing their asses off.
