Uuuuugh...my last two work weeks have each been six days long. Working in retail during the Christmas season is fucking nuts.

Also got back into contact with julewooster. Yay.

Been pretty absent on LJ the past few weeks, save for the language posts. Nothing worth posting about has been happening in my life, though. It's been kind of a boring month. Plus a recent, altogether ridiculous conflict with a supposed friend has made me kinda avoid LJ. I might make a post about that later just to get it off my chest.

chibi_chichiri and I met up at the bus transit center, where she gave me Kawaii Not: Cute Gone Bad as a late birthday present. Then we took the bus and then train up to Chinatown, where we met seleraleonhart at the Starbucks outside of Kinokuniya. Sorry about disappearing last night, astrokittie. A blackout rather effectively kicked me off the computer. I waited a few minutes, and the power didn't come back on, so I just went to bed.

Does anyone know what happened to julewooster? I haven't heard from her since Halloween. :/

Rrgh. I need to expand my circle of friends. Or at least social acquaintances. My main interests don't coincide much with those of my friends, so I have few people to talk to about them, and I end up annoying those who I have been able to talk to (and who are then less willing to pay any kind of attention to what I have to say).
