One big paragraph and two little ones
Well. I had a very nice day.
chibi_chichiri and I met up at the bus transit center, where she gave me Kawaii Not: Cute Gone Bad as a late birthday present. Then we took the bus and then train up to Chinatown, where we met seleraleonhart at the Starbucks outside of Kinokuniya. After milling around and talking for a while--with some random thunder coming out of nowhere--we went into the bookstore, where I got three volumes of FMA and three of Bleach. Then we went to the little food court inside Uwajimaya and had lunch (I got catfish 'n' chips at Herfy's, yum), then sat around for a while talking to seleraleonhart's mom and scratching off Lotto tickets. One of mine won a whopping $3. After leaving Uwajimaya, we went up to Pink Gorilla, where wh_lone_hawk met up with us. I bought Final Fantasy Tactics for the PSP and admitted that I still have not played FFVI, much to my shame. wh_lone_hawk also called Kuja "Kefka." LOL. After that, we went to a tea shop so seleraleonhart could get bubble tea, watched the police do something odd across the street, bitched about Twatlight, went to Westlake Center where I bought a maneki neko figurine, and then the party broke up and we all went our separate ways.
The only thing bad that happened is I couldn't find Yami no Matsuei #12 at Kinokuniya. They didn't have any of that series on the shelf, actually, never mind #12. That made me sad. I really want it, but I don't want to have to pay an arm and a leg to order it online. ;_;
