Zucchini Fritters

Ingredients:
  • 3 cups, Zucchini, shredded
  • 1 Egg (or 1/4 cup Egg Beaters)
  • 1/2 cup Flour, unbleached white
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
Directions:
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Heat pan, lightly sprayed with nonstick spray.
  3. Spoon a heaping spoonful in pan.
  4. Flatten slightly with spatula.
  5. Heat until lightly brown, turning once.
