Ingredients:
- 3 cups, Zucchini, shredded
- 1 Egg (or 1/4 cup Egg Beaters)
- 1/2 cup Flour, unbleached white
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Heat pan, lightly sprayed with nonstick spray.
- Spoon a heaping spoonful in pan.
- Flatten slightly with spatula.
- Heat until lightly brown, turning once.
