I am currently cooking my first eggplant ever.
I'm sauteing slices, then they'll go in a lasagne.
For some reason, I'm afraid of cooking this. I know uncooked eggplant isn't dangerous, but still - I want it to turn out and I've heard of horror stories of bitter eggplant.
