When you have an unusual name like Ami, you get used to living with it. I noticed that I always give out the spelling of my name when I am introducing myself "nice to meet you, Ami A-M-I". one thing that still gets to me is when I am assumed to be a woman. for example, when the phone rings and "Ms. Ami Sadeh" is asked for.

About 6 hours and 6 minute. That is what Google maps timed for driving from our house in Carrollton [Dallas] TX to Amarillo TX. Today Mark was offered and took a job in West Texas A & M University. As of August 20th that will be the distance between us.
