Holy fuck. Excuse me for swearing, but that's about all I can force out of my head right now. I'm... I feel odd *laughs* The way you wrote this story was so capturing that I have actually spent the last few hours without being aware of my own existence, as strange as that may sound. The story pulled me in completely.

Before I praise you to a heavenly extent, I'm going to quote a few things from this last part... The fact that I'm quoting less in this last comment doesn't mean that this last part would be any worse than the others - on the contrary. I was really wrapped up in this chapter, especially the last flashback/dream because it was so... shocking, to put it mildly.

Oh god, the beginning scene is hilarious. From Yamapi being super awkward and coming across as a major weirdo for Kame to unluckily always ending up together all the way through school... and even as roommates. I feel amused XD ♥

I really like your plot.
I find it so ironic that in their previous live Pi hates Kame and Ryo with a vengeance but fate with a wicked sense of humor made Kame fall in love with Pi in the present lifetime and made Pi such a "bumbling fool" or Kame's weird pet. LOL.

I feel so sad for Pi's past life. It felt that why he hated Ryo and Kame so much was that he never felt accepted by his father. Instead, the legitimate son who disappointed his father is welcomed back with open arms.

I think Pi could have found peace if he was driven by his obsession to be the heir and his father's approval.

The present Pi reaction to Kame, I am sure hurt Kame many times. Kame must have felt that their relationship was moving two steps forward but always one step back.

I can understand why Pi reacted the way he did with Kame because of his dreams. It was a good thing he didn't go mad and kill himself.

i'm glad to hear that you liked it!! :DDDD haha, well, i wanted to make their present lives as different as possible, so that's why Pi was such an awkward idiot in this fic lol XDDD I like to think that people aren't born evil or mean or what Pi was but was shaped that way mostly due to their environment. (and of course, you mentioned that already with Pi's past life XDDDD

haha, yeah, I...I do notice that element to reincarnation fics - where the person they were with in the past life is their fate in the present. It's a nice idea, having a love that transcends time, but well, I also believe that each life we live is different, so haha, I wanted to write about that one this time instead of the destiny-ish type of reincarnation idea XDDDD and it worked this time since most people in reincarnation fics are heroes, good and nice, but Pi wasn't a hero in his past life lol XDD
