in the philippines, main STAPLE in food is rice. @_@ people eat rice for breakfast, lunch AND dinner.
i LOVE bread and rice and thats probably why im not losing any weight! HAHA.
i can cut down on the rice, but i cant cut back on bread. i have it every morning! yummmmm.
