Baby Boom
So yesterday Mark's friend and his wife had a baby. We went to the hospital to bring them flowers and they had their new addition to the family in the room with them. she was so tiny, it is hard to believe that we all started out like that. afterwards Mark and I talked about how much their life is about to change, no more free weekends, no more going out when they want to, no more spending money freely, no more full nights of sleep. although that will probably be in my future one day, for now i'm glad that i don't have to worry about babysitters and leaving home for long periods of time.
Baby does seem to be the word lately. Three people that I work with have babies, and the company owner has one due next week. crazy.
And on another silly note, They Might Be Giants wrote a book.
