I can forgive the whole butler thing. One of the problems with it is that even if the butler could tell that the wound was from the glider, how does he know Spider-Man didn't just, you know, stab him with his own glider? But someone pointed out to me that Harry just needed that extra bit of doubt/confirmation to bring him to his senses.
Unrelated point about Harry, was the whole artsy aspect of him something they invented for the movie, I assume? I thought it added a bit to his character that he could paint and he even wrote MJ a script. On the whole, we don't really get to see that much of Harry in the films, but the little touches in this one about him were nice. It makes sense too since science was never his thing that he'd be more of the creative type. They left out the business aspects of him running his father's company or whatever and focused more on the personal stuff, which I liked.
Of all the superhero films, the Spiderman series is the best so far :)
I highly enjoyed the film, too. I know of venom from an old Super NES video game, and I thought he was AWESOME, but I also enjoyed the movie, so I guess I don't know that much about Venom :P The only thing I didn't like was MJ's moodiness. Yeah, I can understand it, 'cause she lost her job and all, but still...wah wah, STFU you jealous emo chick!!!! Also, when did Spidey have the time and the money to make a second, black spidey suit?
lol, I honestly don't remember! You play spiderman in the beginning, beating up a whole slew of people as you move down the street, encountering super villain bosses, occassionally summoning the help of other marvel comic super heroes. Later on, spiderman and venom are forced to work together and you can either play spiderman or venom at that point. It was so long ago, I don't remember too much of it.
Oh, I thought the black suit was just the symbiote covering his original suit, and then he just happened to keep an extra red-and-blue one in his closet. You know, in case he didn't have time to do his laundry. XD
I LOVED the scene where Harry helps out Spidey! That was so made of awesome. Sure, the movie was cheesy in some spots, but I look at it as great entertainment.
And sure, the storyline doesn't completely match up to the comic book series, but who cares? It's a different incarnation.

Well, I have seen the first two movies, and the third one has been a hit. What I hear is that it's too complicated.

To each his own. Anyway, I still will watch the movie. I'm a veteran of 3 1/2 hour-long bollywood movies.
