Oh Happy Days!
I went for a little sleepover and cooked for my best friend from high school. Yes, I COOKED! I actually enjoy cooking Indian food and other types of recepies I only make once every three months. It's the regular meat-and-potatoes type things that I don't do.
I made chicken Makhani, raita, mutter mushroom curry and rice and it all turned out well, especially the chicken which had everyone licking their fingers. Her 8 yr. old cousin loved it! I also got my friend hooked on Dexter, we marathoned through season 1 and I'm going to have to dl season 2 for her now, even though she's squeamish and can't even watch the blood-sample collection ritual.
That makes for Happy Day Number 4.
