Don't get me wrong: only two days of class per week is pretty sweet.  Nay, awesome.

But two 3 hour classes back to back?

I'm very much ready for summer.

And another paper out of the way.

I would feel happier about that if I actually had more time to sleep between now and the time it's due in the morning.  *sigh*

I now have 5 pages of my seminar paper written!  Huzzah!  Only 15 to go, and even though I've started off with and taken care of the most fun bit and have 15 pages of hullabucrap ahead of me, I'm feeling pretty jazzed!  I can definitely have this penultimate draft done by Thursday!  Definitely!  Surely!  O please, o please, o please!

I just took my history midterm, and I am almost sure I made a passing grade--if not a pretty freakin' decent one.  It doesn't really, really matter how well I do on it since I'm only taking the class pass/fail, but still, it's nice to know that I could answer the questions and form some decent thoughts on ( Read more... )

So as soon as my clothes finish drying, I can go to Kroger to buy gas and then head back to Centre C.  I can't even fathom yet just how much crap I have to do.  What I can recall off the top of my head: read over 50 pages in Moby Dick, write up a lab report, do some prelab questions, work at the WC for three hours, meet up for dinner with Chris, ( Read more... )

It is only the third week of lab, and already I loathe it.  I'm not good at multitasking unless the things I am doing are very familiar tasks.  I can multitask when I pack or get ready in the mornings, for example, but I cannot multitask doing unfamiliar tasks.  I get confused and clumsy and frustrated, and for the past two weeks, I've been the ( Read more... )
