The prof is actually felt sorry for the Homo Sapiens Neo Genes (Rin n Sei), Person with that much ability will see the world as black and white, and won't understand the beauty of colourful world. Normal human can't understand what they two feel. Also about Creation 25:23 " And the Older will serve the Younger" (correct me, please).
Takeru bring food for Arisue Sr. Talking about his family being close to Amamiya family.
pg 41. Ar Sr : No child won't get hurt being insulted by his parents.
Takeru: Sensei, tomorrow night Sei will come here. We held you captive, of course he will come.

Ar Sr persuade Takeru to do something about Sei-Rin crumbling relationship. About Rin trying to destroy and control human population. Takeru answer there's nothing he could do, it's too late. The fate has been sealed from the time an ovum (correct me) selected 19 years ago in NG lab. Takeru felt the two of them have the right to revenge to humankind.
Ar Sr: Tell him... that I love him. He is the child from my sister. My the one and only cute niece. Whatever happened, I'll always love him. (Oy Ossan, what about Rin? Oh my wistful thinking)

Sei tied. Amamiya Sr saying he won't harm Sei, being Hisako child. He actually wanted to raise Sei. Rin yell if they originally brought Sei here to interrogate about the diary. Sei said he knows nothing of it and challenge Rin to look inside his head. Takeru disagree. Ama Sr also disagree, Rin being inferior to Sei's ability like the past incident. Rin rebel. And lost. Ama Sr musing why they two always fight when meeting each other. Sei ask Ama Sr about his mother past self. Sei untied because Ama Sr sure they still held Sei Uncle captived so Sei can't do anything to him/them.
Ama Sr: Come to my work room. You too Rin!
Takeru Sr: (...what is his family name again?) We will come too Sir.
Rin : I don't want too! I won't listen to past stories! So disgusting!
Ama Sr: Rin!!
Sei: Amamiya-san, no need to force Rin. Because he had nothing to do with my mother.... *smirk
(Ouch! Sei....I want to pet Rin's head)
Ama Sr: Indeed.. If he doesn't want to, it's fine.
Takeru: No!! We'll come, we interested in your past stories, Sir. Come on Rin lets go!
Takeru Sr agrees with his son, Sei is indeed strange, and the only one that can cope with Sei is Rin. Rin finally agrees.
Takeru comtemplates... How the present Sei is their fault. The kind big brother is no more, replace with the devil. Is the devil really wants to kill Rin??
pg 94. Janu disagree, he wants to free Sei. Ken points his guns. LuMei convice Janu. LuMei notices Ken's change. But Ken won't say anything to Bbsis. Bsis invite Ken to her room. (no I wont decipher them)
Lt Sakurai order Ama Sr to kill Sei. Ama Sr refuse, he plan to use Sei to his side. Nothing can scare them anymore with Sei by his side. Lt Sakurai convince Sei won't and ask if Rin will be able to make up with his brother. Rin says they can, afterall there's only two of them in this world.
