I have a drs appt today at 1:45.  Just normal stuff, but I am not going to be happy getting on the scale, I already am prepping myself.  I always have one month where I have a big gain, and it usually coinsides with the holidays.  I ate a little extra, treats and such, but generally stuck to my healthy diet and the numbers on my scale here keep ( Read more... )

Today we are going out to Kent Park Beach.  The kids are so excited!  We will see how excited after they see what a rather small place it is, but in Iowa, you take what you can get :D.  We are going with the Barkers and a few other friends.
