GENERAL

- The icons have to be the kind LJ requires - 40kb, 100x100 or less, .gif/.png/.jpg, and then upload them on some host from which we can hotlink (example: photobucket)
- The icon for the contest has to be made at that moment (not before) and it can't be shown till the voting is closed.
- The participant can submit 3 icons or less, no cheating ( Read more... )
