Rules
GENERAL
- The icons have to be the kind LJ requires - 40kb, 100x100 or less, .gif/.png/.jpg, and then upload them on some host from which we can hotlink (example: photobucket)
- The icon for the contest has to be made at that moment (not before) and it can't be shown till the voting is closed.
- The participant can submit 3 icons or less, no cheating, we shall find out, so no double accounts, thank you.
- While using doujinshifor iconing is permitted, fan art is not.

VOTING
The voting system is a simple one, used in many of other communiques, at least for the beginning.
You can vote even if you didn't participate, if you did participate you must vote, but do not vote for your own icon. The voting will take place when we have at least 5 or 6 icons.
There will be a poll, because I'll be participating in some too, and I think it's much more transparent that way.
Depends on how many submission there will maybe a special category and the mod's favorite.
