Food Eaten: Breakfast: 1 cup milk, vitamins and a low carb bar
snack 1: coffee and a small apple
Lunch: Chicken Cubano and 2 plantains. I forwent(?) the beans and rice
snack 2: dried mango
Dinner: some beef jerky(the antibiotics..see below..made me less than partial to food for a bit)
Water Imbibed: 8 glasses
