Blood Sugar: 155 mg/dL I have no idea what is going on there

Food Eaten breakfast: Power shake and vitamins
lunch: veggie low carb lasagne
snack 1: strawberries
dinner: salad with chicken, yogurt
snack 2: 2 string cheese
snack 3: pickled tonatoes and beef jeky

water imbibed: 9 glasses

Exercise: 30 min walking around campus
