We had a busy holiday party weekend. Friday was our church's party complete with a live nativity scene, Santa, dozens of kids running amok and funeral potatoes. Pretty much par for the course. So sad about the Cardinals. I think that was really the only Superbowl that I actually gave a flying fig about in a verra long time. I had a lot of fun decorating for the soiree at my house and even allowed Mike a small (evil) shrine for the Steelers. My sister, Martha Stewart, Michelle, had a Halloween bash last Saturday at her joint. She was a very cute witch and had help from two very scary vampires and a cop gone awry. It was a rollicking good time and I am hoping it becomes an annual event. Here are some piccys.

Yesterday was my *coughcoughsputter* -st birthday. I would love to ignore them at this point, but my family and friends didn't let me and I had a great day. Camille had a wonderful time at the zoo celebrating her 2 years on the planet. Her grandma, Uncle Tim and Aunt Shell and cousin Caca were with us. She liked the exotic 'wild animal' carousel and the petting zoo the best.
