Transition to summer
Struggling through this transition from school to summer. Sierra always loses her mind for about 2 weeks (she does not do well with change), and then it settles down. Was hoping this time would be better, but nope. Thankfully she's at a play date for most of today, so Daniel and I get to decompress. She has spent the entire summer vacation so far being punished. Which means Daniel and I haven't gotten to do anything fun either. Rough start.
But the weather is gorgeous today (after a looooong spell of rain and high humidity), so I think we'll spend the afternoon at the pool. I think a relaxing day is in order!!
