        Below is a whole bunch of posts from coconut oil list.  Looks like if I use L-Arginine Pyroglutamate and Lysine as a substitute for (the far more expensive) SomaLife gHP, I should be adding colostrum to my diet.  As I have no idea of colostrum tastes yummy or wretched, I think I'll start with capsules, rather than the less expensive powder ( Read more... )
