What a stupid way to start the year. Mother has taken to having fainting spells (that look utterly fake, in my opinion), and Edmund spent the hols with Dementors in Azkaban. At least I have Hogwarts to look forward to; At least I have Pans and Draco there; I had an invite to New Year's at the Burrow, but I declined due to the state of Mother's health. Charlie has been busy, tending to dragons who suffered from frozen scales this winter (I believe that is the dragon equivalent of frostbite), and I have just been bored out of my mind.
Where have you all gone? Last I heard, Bones has gone somewhere, Potter has gone a-wanking, and everyone else is just, I don't know, preoccupied.
If anyone cares to come, Pans and I are having a post-New Year party disguised as afternoon tea. (It was the only way Snape would let us have an open common room; non-Slytherins are welcome, really.)
