Butterflies - Alicia Keys
I lay on back with Arizona's head on my chest. I softly run my fingers through her beautiful blond locks. I think back to just a little over a year ago . Addison had been in town trying to pray for her brother in the hospital chapel. Deciding to help her out , I prayed . Prayed for God to help me get over the butterflies. I snort at the little unanswered prayer . In time , the perky got less irritating and more adorable , the butterflies got less annoying and more mesmerizing . After a year looking into her eyes , feeling her skin against mine , I still have the butterflies . Now I don't pray for them to go away , I welcome them . She makes me feel so beautiful . She takes my breath away just by looking at me . She must know that I am thinking deep, because she links her hand in mine and asks me what I am thinking . At the risk of sounding so corny, I just whisper 'butterflies' against her for head .
Til' summer comes around- Keith Urban
Toeing through the sand as a warm fall thunderstorm threatens to fall from the sky , I look to the side at the shore and back ahead just trying not to cry. I sigh as I come closer to the once lit-up boardwalk . Now looking like a ghost town , when just a few weeks ago it was filled with sounds of laughter and carnival music .
Closing my eyes I see her , like she is standing next to me .
"No Calliope! , " Arizona squealed as she was being pulled by Callie to the ferris-wheel," You have made me try just about every food here , if I get up on that thing , I WILL get sick. You don't want me to throw up , do you?" Giving Callie a pleading look with big sad convincing blue eyes. However Callie just kept pulling them towards the destination.
"You'll be fine, I promise." Callie smiled giving the Carnie tickets and sitting in the seat. After a few times around the ferris wheel stopped with the girls at the top. Arizona looked out at the mesmerizing sky lit up with the colors from the city, and then over to Callie who was just as mesmerizing as the city. Her face fell when she realized the day that the two women had been dreading would be coming around.
Callie put her strong arm around the blond as if she new what Arizona was thinking. Arizona silently played with Callie's arm trying not to let the tears fall but failing.
"I wish we could stay here forever. Just you and me . . frozen in this moment. I wish I didn't have to go ." She whispered into Callie's neck , receiving a gentle kiss to her forehead as response."I'm so in love with you ."
Callie trying to be the stronger of the two choked back on her tears that she knew she couldn't stop."I know. I am so in love with you too. "
After a tearful goodbye ,they promised to write each other and promised to meet up again the next summer . Callie wiped her tears as the storm began . Turning away from the carnival boardwalk as she tried convincing herself that the year would go by fast and soon enough summer would come back around.
Freakum Dress - Beyonce
"And then Calliope was all 'fine I just won't even go.' and then I was all like 'fine Teddy and I will just have a girl's night' and then she was all like 'fine, have fun. She is just so ughhhh sometimes you know?" Arizona slurred toying with the straw of her drink.
"Oh so not only is she mad at you , but tomorrow when I see her she's gonna stare me down , again." Teddy whined.
"Oh puh leaseee. She is harmless. Well mostly . Except for the whole breaks human bones for a . . .ouch what the hell are you hitting me for ?" Arizona yelped as Teddy kept smacking her shoulder and the pointing to across the bar . Arizona's mouth dropped when she followed to where Teddy was pointing at . A very dolled up Callie in a less then there black dress that stopped mid-thigh was dancing with none other than her man-whore best friend.
"Doesn't that bother you ?" Teddy questioned as she watch Callie and Mark dancing .
"Nopeee." She replied , eyes never leaving Callie's body.
"How is that?" The other blond surprised at Arizona's answer. Motioning to Joe for another round . As the music stopped Callie began to make her way towards the pair.
"Because she may occasionally dance with the man whore, but I'm the one who gets to get her out of that dress tonight ." Arizona simply answered winking to Teddy as clinking their shots together ,throwing them back.
Fever- Adam Lambert
I am supposed to be working on a consult . Instead I am stalking watching my super hot girlfriend totally own the ER. So hot . The way she struts around the ER acting all bad ass ordering helpless residents around. The way she chews on her lip as she signs charts,so sexual. Hell, she's Callie Torres , she drips sex . Thinking of her and sex and dripping suddenly bring a throb between my legs. I feel my temperature go up a billion degrees when I lock eyes with her. I have got to get her alone. Those dark , lust filled , brown eyes. She winks at me turning her attention back to the nurse standing beside her . That's when I decide to pounce . Hearing my name being called , I wave them off , ordering Lexie to take care of it . Once the nurse walks away I wordlessly grab Callie , dragging her to the nearest empty room . She chuckles looking in my eyes as I push my body against hers attacking her lips . When breathing becomes an issue we break away panting . She looks down at me with a raised eyebrow. "Scratching an itch." Is all I say before resuming my attack.
