Dear Aaron,
We are replying to your feedback of 3/2/2007 regarding subject: This selfish conductor does not care about the customer.

Thank you for writing to share this incident.  The lavatory on the train is there for the convenience of our customers.  I have forwarded this concern to our Morris & Essex Line Superintendent, who will address this issue with Conductor Franklin.

Please accept our sincere apology for this needless deception.
