Maybe I just like the taste of my feet
I'll start with a funny story and give a lil update after:
I was in a bar with Elissa the other night and I was chattin up some guy that looked slightly like Ron Weasley a la Rupert Grint (and yes, I told him this.) So I'm chatting away to Rupert's doppelgänger and I have to go to the bathroom. So I jokingly said: "Hey, I have to use the ladies, can you watch my beer? Keep the roofies out of it." To which he replied, "That actually happened to a friend of mine in New York City. Yeah, he woke up in some guy's apartment. He's going to therapy now."

So this weekend I had the experience of going out downtown in Fanuiel Hall. I was not impressed. I just want to make this clear to everyone in case there was ever any confusion: Alison Marie Barrett does not wait in line to get into bars. She also does not pay cover charges to dance in dirty, ghetto fabulous clubs.
I'm working two jobs and going to school full time. I don't think I really have to say anything else. I shouldn't even be updating my lj.
