Part of my system is to write down insights at the end of each day -- things to remember, questions to consider, possible adjustments to the system. They're not really all that deep.

I'm going to start posting them here, for feedback and accountability-to-others. The only editing will be for clarity, and maybe for privacy if that comes up.

I'm finally implementing a system for overcoming inertia, getting things done, and (hopefully) for feeling less depressed. I'll describe it here, partly for my own reference, partly because I'm interested in feedback, and partly because I'll be more likely to stick to the system after I've told people I'm doing it.
