Well, this week was my first week back at work from having my surgery.  I worked Wednesday, and went in still feeling pretty exhausted.  I was still getting out breath easily, but I could function.  What a day to start back though.  We just had a huge snowstorm, so we were short a couple nurses.  We had more providers (dr's, np's) than nurses, ( Read more... )

Today I went with mom to eat lunch at Ruby Tuesdays. I drove. I lost a good amount of blood during and after surgery last Monday, so I needed to up my iron.  I had a delicious top sirloin (9 oz).  The kicker to the lunch was I could finally TASTE my food!  After a week I've gotten my sense of taste back.  I enjoyed that lunch so much ( Read more... )
