may 1st *new month, new plan*

monday: fast
tuesday: under 400 cals
wednesday: under 400 cals
thursday: fast
friday: under 400 cals
satuday: fast
sunday: my day- usually under 900 cals

I figure the days that I work at the bar, I shouldn't fast cause I'm running around like crazy.

the days that I'm just working at my store, I'm fine to fast, cause I'm not too busy, and I can sit online and read posts while I'm working and then I have INSPIRATION!!!

so that's my plan. I have my period right now, so I'm weighing in at 129. that number sounds so good. After being in recovery, I sat around 140 lbs. FOREVER... lovin' the new bod.

my new short term goal weight is 125 lbs... I want to be there by LATEST may 15th. That's realistic I think.
